Steps are below for modifying your web page from one e-mail id to another
1) Login to your blog blogger.com using your mail id and password where your created your blog.
2) Click on the Settings in you blog
3) Click on the Export blog under settings and click on "Download blog" button. Now your blog will be downloaded to your local system with .xml extension.
4) Once you downloaded your blog to your local drive then logout from your old login and then login with your new mail id.
5) Now you need to create your new blog. In that new blog go to settings and then import your downloaded file .xml bu clicking on "Import blog".
6) Now your old blog will be in your new mail id login.
Steps to change your blog name
1) Click on the settings link in your blog home page.
2) Then click on the "Publishing" tab under settings.
3) In the "Blog Spot Address" box type in your new name for your blog.
4) If the new name that you entered is available then it will be changed as your blog name.
